Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return procedure, and after the return is processed, we will send you the new item.
